People can like it, i'm not saying that. Go and listen to any Elton John song, and to be fair go back and listen to Dua Lipa's Be the one, from 8 years ago.. now compare the vocal performances, to Cold heart. Cold Heart was produced into an AI version of Elton and Dua. Anyone can like it, but it's bad, and it's lazy.

I saw this beautiful young talented lady, six years ago in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida at a pub called the state theater. I was with my wife and 12 year-old son. It was only $20 to get in and they served pizza and was a full bar, and the place wasn’t even packed, but I knew I was witnessing something special that night. I’m so happy for her.

I AM SO F**KING READY FOR THIS. It’s going to be my album of the year, I already know it based on the quality of Houdini and Training Season - especially their extended mixes… y’all gotta listen to the extended mixes! I kinda sorta really wish that the vinyl edition that was announced today was a 2-LP with all extended mixes (like Kylie Minogue’s “Disco: Extended” and “EXTension”). Hopefully they’ll release a deluxe extended edition later on down the line 😫

Hate that today's "Extended Mixes" are what regular songs used to be. Back in the day, the extended mixes/12" were like 8 minutes long. Music listeners today have the attention span of flies. lol

This is truly a next level teaser. What in the hell!? The editing, the aesthetic, all of it. Legit so fuckin sick, her constant growth and evolution has been such a treat to watch and she just always seems to be working with the right people. You can always tell that she has a very strong vision. I'm already way more hyped for this album/era than I ever was with Future Nostalgia, which was obviously iconic, but this here is truly something else.

People can have different opinions about her and her music, but the fact is that she knows her stuff. I personally do not find anything she does groundbreaking at the moment it comes out, but what I admire more is Dua's and her teams' ability to craft records that slowly get into your conciousness and stay there for years no matter if you listen to them actively or just hear them from time to time at the coffee shop or at the store, but in a nice way. And they are actually really good and always sound classier than anything else that's originally meant to be played on radio these days. Her music, especially from Future Nostalgia to today, sounds monumental in the long run, and that is what makes good records iconic. Also, the way she recycles iconic old melodies is refreshing and fun. I come from the country she kinda has a beef with, but I am glad that our radio stations play a lot of her music and I think she'd be surprised how much her music is loved out here. Radical Optimism sounds like a great name for a hopefully great record, typography and aesthetics are amazing and I am excited to enjoy it.

For all who thought the album would be called "Vertigo", she made us a Houdini movement and came with a full concept album idea with tones and messages linked to the psychedelic Brit scene music from the last century.
